This album came out of sound design sessions for the EVO health app (available for free at Apple's App Store). As creative director on the project, I took on the role of sound designer and created tones and UI sonic interfaces for the app. This led to inspiration in creating a meditative/interstellar inspired collection of music. The initial track that sparked this collection is E.V.erything O.riginates, a name derived from the letters EVO. The challenge of creating the sound design for EVO was that it must be meditative for users, the tones must be bell-like rather than percussive, and the musical scale to be derived from the seven chakras. That was the launch pad, the rest is organic improvisation that hopefully will take you to different worlds, planes and mindsets. Enjoy.
